The Oz Election - If this is democracy it ain’t working!
Australians want to have a say who leads the country. The Repunlican Movement failed because the proposal was that the ‘President’ would be elected by a poltical party and NOT ‘the people’.
Labour did badly because the faceless men of Labour and Julia got rid of an elected Prime Minister.
Now we have three or four Independents deciding again who will be our PM.
Regardless of Labour or Liberal - Aussies want to have a say in who the leader of the country is and it keeps getting taken away from us!
If this is democracy it ain’t working!
